Norma has been an athlete her entire life, but in her 50s, she faced a series of setbacks that would have stopped most people in their tracks. After undergoing 7 reconstructive knee surgeries, she was left battling chronic knee and shoulder pain. But Norma, at the age of 62, wasn’t ready to accept this as her new reality.

When she came to me, she was determined to regain her strength and mobility. Through a carefully crafted program designed to realign her body, we were able to eliminate both her knee and shoulder pain.
