In my 30+ years as a professional restorative personal trainer, there are some common problems I see daughters of God struggle with over and over again....
My challenge is best suited to members between the ages of 16 and 65. Only a few of the alignment exercises require you to be able to get on and off the floor. Having said that, even if you begin with just a few of the alignment exercises in the challenge, they will be extremely beneficial. Your body will release compensations as well as become more flexible, which will allow you to perform postures you weren't able to before.
I want to encourage you to keep your eyes on the prize. It's always wise to invest in yourself, and honestly, you're worth it! You can perform these exercises at home, in the gym, during your lunch break, or right before you go to sleep.
My goal is to help you break the vicious cycle of inactivity with this challenge. If your body is tight or inflexible, you are naturally reluctant to move. By doing these exercises, you can break this cycle. As well as the power of these exercises, you will also feel the power of a healthy diet, and combining the two will result in an incredible synergy and amazing results.
